LastDish is a technology platform (Aggregator) that connects urban consumers with rural farmers and home cooks ("Partners"). We act as a marketplace facilitator. The contract for the sale of goods is directly between you and the Partner.
Our model operates on a pre-order basis. Orders placed before the daily cutoff time (8:00 PM) are aggregated, processed by our village partners, and delivered the following morning. We do not maintain warehouse inventory for cooked meals; they are prepared fresh upon order.
Prices listed on the platform include the Partner's base price and a platform/logistics markup. Prices for fresh produce (vegetables/fruits) are dynamic and may change daily based on harvest conditions.
You agree to provide accurate location data for delivery. You acknowledge that as our products are farm-fresh and home-cooked, slight variations in color, size, or taste (due to regional recipes) may occur and are a feature of our service, not a defect.
LastDish facilitates the transaction but is not the manufacturer of the food items. Liability for food quality rests with the registered FSSAI manufacturer (the Cook/Farmer). However, we maintain strict quality control checks at our collection points.
