Refund, Cancellation & Shipping

1. Shipping Policy

Scheduled Delivery: LastDish operates on a strict schedule. Orders placed before 8:00 PM are delivered the following morning between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM.

Delivery Locations: We currently deliver to specific societies and clusters in Pune and surrounding peri-urban areas. Gate delivery is standard unless doorstep delivery is enabled for your society.

2. Cancellation Policy

Because our food is cooked to order by village partners:

  • Before 8:00 PM: You may cancel your order for a 100% refund.
  • After 8:00 PM: No cancellations are allowed as the farmers have already harvested and cooks have started preparation.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns. However, we offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Quality Issue: If food is spoiled or packaging is damaged upon delivery. (Must report by 10:00 AM on delivery day with a photo).
  • Missing Items: If an item from your order is not delivered.

Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
